Online Ordering Issues
Our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of your order so you must have your browser set to 'cookies enabled' for the system to work correctly.
If a cookie message appears then our server is unable to read a cookie from your browser. This cookie is set every time we are unable to read it. Some of the reasons for cookies not working are:
- The date and time set on the customer computer is not correct. Make sure the computer date and time is set correctly.
- Cookies are not enabled in the browser. Note: In Microsoft I.E. there are two cookie options "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)." We use stored cookies. Also cookies can be enabled or disabled for different zones: "Internet", "Local Internet", "Trusted Sites" and "Restricted Sites."
- Personal Firewall technology installed on the local computer. This could be something like Norton Personal Firewall or McAfee Firewall....
- Remote Firewall or Proxy Servers that are set to block cookies.
- Cache problem or bug. Try clearing the browser or proxy server cache.
There may be a few other reasons, but they all deal directly with one issue, that a cookie is not set in the customer's browser.
